Moksha Meditation Package
This is a Moksha meditation, a type of practice that everybody can do without restriction. Jason guides you in the beginning of the meditation and brings you out at the end. We created six lengths: 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min and 30 min.

Box Breathing Meditation
Box Breathing is a simple yet powerful breathing technique that involves four equal phases: inhale, hold, exhale, and hold. The rhythm is steady, resembling the four sides of a box, hence the name. This practice is not only easy to learn but also remarkably effective at calming the mind and improving focus.

The intention of this meditation called Lionheart, is to create a state of physiological coherence, to slow your brainwaves down, build resilience and a state of inner power and to connect to your deepest Self. Research shows that activating your heart center has profound health benefits – both physical and mental/emotional.

SBM: FlowState Entrainment
The intention of this meditation is to entrain your subconscious mind to more easily enter a State of Flow. You know, that state of complete absorption, where you are so immersed in an activity that you lose the sense of time and achieve optimal performance. A state where everything just works, a state of peace and calm, forgetting about yourself, rising to the challenge at hand with inner drive, focus and achieving a better results.

SBM: 11 min to Peace
This is a short, 11 min guided Soma Breath meditation for relaxation and restoration. It has one round rhythmical breathing, a breath hold on the exhale and a breath hold on the inhale. For the best experience use headphones. You can either sit up with your spine straight or, lay down on your back, somewhere you will not be disturbed. Comfort is of importance.

Breathe Into Sleep Meditation
This is a breathing meditation designed to help you fall into deep sleep. It is intended for you to listen to using headphones as you lay in your bed ready to sleep. You can also use it for a much needed nap. It has 3 parts, starting with a relaxing intro, followed by a slow breathing section and ending with a short guide to go back to normal breathing – unless you are already sleeping by then.
