Guided Meditation/Hypnosis
We use guided meditation at TIH which is a form of gentle hypnosis. The purpose is to assist in getting into a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. During guided meditation, most people feel calm and relaxed. In this state, they are able to focus deeply on what they are thinking about.
We use hypnotic suggestions as words and images during inner journeys/guided meditations. This creates a state of connection, growth and enhances your ability to make choices based on an inner connection to your own self.
