The Methods In Our Process

Science meets experience. Ancient wisdom meets modern understanding.

At Integrated Human, we don’t follow one method—we weave together many. Each of our practices is a doorway into deeper awareness, greater regulation, and lasting transformation. From cutting-edge neuroscience to ancient traditions, from structured frameworks to spontaneous insight, our methods are chosen because they work—individually and together.

The Structure

A map for deep transformation—rooted in clarity, coherence, and embodied growth.

Consciousness isn’t just what you think—it’s how you experience yourself, how you make choices, and how you shape your life. At Integrated Human, we see consciousness as structured: not in a rigid or dogmatic way, but as a living, evolving system. One that includes how you see, feel, interpret, and act in the world, reflecting the quality of your life experience.

This structure can either keep you stuck—or help you expand into peace, power, and purpose.

The framework you’ll find below is a model we use inside the Flow State Continuum to help people transform from the inside out. Each layer builds on the previous one—deepening awareness, refining how you show up in the world, and giving you practical tools to align your inner world with your outer reality.

The socratic method

Challenge your assumptions. Ask better questions. Create real change.

What if not everything you think or feel is true? What if some of your strongest beliefs are built on shaky ground?

What if transformation started not with answers, but with better questions? The Socratic Method invites you to engage with your own thinking, to uncover blind spots, and to see with new eyes.

What is the Socratic Method?

The Socratic Method is an ancient philosophical approach to inquiry that uses strategic questioning to challenge assumptions, reveal contradictions, and illuminate deeper truths. Rather than telling you what to think, it helps you discover what you actually think—and why.

moksha

Stillness. Awareness. Flow.

Train your mind and body to access clarity and calm—anytime, anywhere.

What is Moksha Meditation?

Moksha Meditation is a silent, breath-led meditation designed to help you access inner stillness, expand awareness, and reconnect with your natural state of peace.

It draws on ancient yogic practices and modern understanding of the nervous system to guide you gently inward—beyond thought, beyond effort, into pure being.

This practice awakens clarity, builds resilience, and strengthens your connection to your body, heart, and higher self. It’s simple, effective, and deeply regulating.

guided meditation

Rewire from Within

Access the subconscious. Shift limiting patterns. Create lasting inner change.

Why It Works

Much of what shapes your experience in life—your reactions, habits, self-image—comes from unconscious patterns running quietly in the background. These often stem from early life, shaping what you believe is possible for you, even if they’re no longer relevant or helpful.

Guided meditation and hypnosis allow you to gently bypass the analytical mind and engage directly with the subconscious. In this deeply relaxed state—supported by music and breath—your brain enters a slower wave pattern (typically theta), where deep change becomes possible. Here, the inner critic quiets, and your mind becomes more receptive to insight, healing, and transformation.

breathwork

Soma Breath is based on ancient breathing techniques backed by new scientific discoveries. It is both easy and safe for you to do, has proven results through research, has lots of health benefits, and most people just love it!

Soma Breath is a sequence of therapeutic breathwork techniques combined with brainwave music and guided meditation to awaken to your full human potential. It is based on ancient pranayama techniques put together in a specific sequence to create a state change in your body, emotions and mind, bringing you to inner peace and harmony.

The Soma Breath practice involves using various breathing patterns, breath retention, and movement exercises designed to increase oxygen levels in the body, release stress and tension, and activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms. We use music during both TRE and Soma Breath to enhance the experience. During Soma Breath the music will also assist you in the different breathing patterns.

Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises

Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is a well known technique and system of understanding stress and trauma release through the body.

Learn to access your bodies inborn mechanism to release and integrate tension, deep and superficial stress, trigger restoration and to find flow and inner silence though Neurogenic Tremoring.

Neurogenic Tremoring is found in all mammals, it is our inborn, innate way to free our body and mind from stress, tension and even trauma. It is our genetic inheritance, and therefore by definition a Force of Nature, that lives in your nervous system.

Neurogenic Tremoring however, is not done by your voluntary nervous system. Instead you learn to access the tremor mechanism from your autonomic nervous system located in the brainstem. This makes your body vibrate by itself, automatically.

HeartMath

Coherence, Compassion, and the Intelligence of the Heart

What if your heart held the key to clarity, balance, and inner strength? HeartMath is a science-based system that teaches you how to regulate your nervous system by accessing the innate intelligence of your heart. Through simple yet powerful techniques, you can create more emotional stability, greater focus, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.

What is HeartMath?

HeartMath is a research-based approach to emotional regulation and nervous system coherence that bridges science and inner experience. Developed through decades of study, HeartMath techniques use the breath, focus, and heart-centered awareness to create a measurable state of physiological coherence—a state where the heart, brain, and nervous system work in harmony.

brainwave entrainment

Synchronize your brain. Deepen your practice. Shift your reality.

What if the rhythms in your brain could be guided—gently and safely—into states of flow, focus, and deep inner connection?
Brainwave entrainment is a powerful way to harmonize your mind with specific frequencies that support healing, transformation, and expanded awareness.

What is Brainwave Entrainment?

Your brain operates in rhythms—electrical patterns called brainwaves that shift depending on your mental, emotional, and physiological state. When you’re alert and active, your brainwaves are faster. When you’re meditating, daydreaming, or in deep sleep, they slow down into more regenerative and introspective patterns.

transcultural

Walking between worlds. Listening to the unseen.

Drums, rituals, symbols, and journeys—these aren’t relics of a forgotten past. They are part of a living continuum of human experience. They are timeless tools for awakening, connection, and healing.

At Integrated Human, we honor and integrate transcultural practices rooted in humanity’s ancient, shamanic traditions, creating a bridge between ancestral wisdom and contemporary transformation.

Sacred rhythm. Inner vision. Collective awakening.

What if the real breakthroughs in your life come not from more thinking—but from listening deeply, feeling fully, and engaging with reality beyond the surface? Transcultural and shamanic practices invite you into altered states of consciousness where healing, insight, and reconnection to the natural world unfold in unexpected ways.

self regulation

Learning to return to calm, clarity, and connection—no matter what life brings.

What if your body could learn how to come back to balance, again and again—even in the middle of stress, challenge, or emotional intensity?
That’s what self-regulation is. And it’s one of the most essential skills for navigating life with resilience, agency, and flow.

What Is Self-Regulation?

Self-regulation is the ability of your nervous system to shift out of stress states—like anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, or emotional flooding—and return to a grounded, balanced state.

Vagal Stimulation

Activate the calm within. Regulate your system. Expand your capacity.

What if you could switch on your body’s natural relaxation response—not with effort, but through simple practices that speak directly to your nervous system? Vagal stimulation is a powerful way to access calm, increase resilience, and create space for healing and growth from the inside out.

What Is Vagal Stimulation?

The vagus nerve is one of the most important nerves in your body. It connects your brain to your heart, lungs, and digestive system, and plays a major role in regulating your autonomic nervous system. When the vagus nerve is activated, it helps shift you into a parasympathetic state—slowing the heart rate, lowering blood pressure, calming the breath, and allowing the body to rest and restore.

At this time we need not only to know – also to know how!
Knowledge deepens experience. Experience fuels transformation. Transformation gives rise to something new.

When you understand the Structure of Consciousness and what’s happening in your body and mind, you can meet the experience with more presence, trust, and curiosity. And the reverse is just as true.

When you fully feel and embody an experience—when it moves through your body and nervous system—it becomes more than a concept. It becomes integrated. Lived. Real.

That’s why every method we use at Integrated Human is rooted in both embodied practice and clear understanding.
Understanding deepens experience. Experience deepens understanding.

Together, they create a spiral—a dynamic path of continuous growth, insight, and transformation.

This is not just about self-help or personal development.
It’s about evolution as a human being—from the inside out.

Important Cacao and Health Information

Cacao is bitter

100% pure cacao is bitter. As with any bitter, too much can make you nauseous. Most drink less than 2 to 3 ounces (57 to 85 grams) of cacao a day. Over time, as your body attunes to the cacao, you may find that you need less cacao to feel the full effect. Less can be more. Pay attention to what your body is telling you.

Antidepressants

Depending on dose, SSRI antidepressants and anti-psychotics are not compatible with the MAOI’s (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors) in cacao. Low to average doses should be ok, people on higher doses should drink less cacao. Check with your doctor.

Heart Rate

Our cacao will raise your heart rate slightly. If an increase in your heart rate could cause a medical problem, drink less. Check with your doctor.

Blood Pressure

Many folks with low blood pressure tell Keith that our cacao (low-caffeine) stabilizes their heart and helps them. Check with your doctor.

Other substances

Our cacao increases blood flow to the brain by 30-40%… so any other substances in your blood will be amplified.

Caffeine

Keith is often asked by people with a caffeine intolerance if they can use cacao. The caffeine content of cacao varies widely amongst cacao varieties and cacao makers. Most find our cacao to have a very low, to no-caffeine feel.

Children

Use less, according to the child’s body weight. It depends on the child. They will let you know. Children who have had an appropriate amount of cacao are more focused.

Pets

Real cacao contains compounds that can kill dogs, cats, parrots, and horses. Don’t let them eat it!
