Welcome to Group TRE

Monthly in-person practice sessions for Neurogenic Tremoring (TRE)

Do you already know TRE and are looking for a consistent way to reconnect with your body and let go of stress? Join us the first Tuesday of every month for an in-person, guided Neurogenic Tremoring (TRE) session. These gatherings offer a chance to release tension and stress, regulate your nervous system, and build inner resilience—together in community.

Why Join Group TRE?

These monthly sessions go beyond stress relief. They offer a grounded, embodied path to personal growth—helping you access deeper layers of integrity, self-awareness, and inner sovereignty. By attending regularly, you allow these benefits to build over time, deepening the nervous system’s integration and supporting lasting transformation. Practicing in community strengthens not just your nervous system but your capacity to meet life with clarity, presence, and flow.

Group TRE is a natural companion to our Flow State Continuum Workshop. While the Flow State Continuum Workshop activates insight and alignment, Group TRE offers steady integration through the body—supporting continuous, embodied transformation over time.

Led by Siv Jøssang Shields, each session includes guidance, supportive music, and an inner journey to help you land, integrate, and grow. Siv combines techniques from HeartMath Institute into these sessions to deepen the experience and to connect with your breath and inner wisdom.

You’ll walk away feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected—to your body, your power, and your path forward.

How to Join

To attend in-person Group TRE sessions, you must first complete our Introduction to TRE course, or the Tremor to Flow workshop.

If you’ve taken our video course, you can join the online sessions instead—available here through our sister company, Neurogenic Integration. This platform focuses on online learning and the cross-disciplinary experience of Neurogenic Tremoring.

Important Cacao and Health Information

Cacao is bitter

100% pure cacao is bitter. As with any bitter, too much can make you nauseous. Most drink less than 2 to 3 ounces (57 to 85 grams) of cacao a day. Over time, as your body attunes to the cacao, you may find that you need less cacao to feel the full effect. Less can be more. Pay attention to what your body is telling you.

Antidepressants

Depending on dose, SSRI antidepressants and anti-psychotics are not compatible with the MAOI’s (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors) in cacao. Low to average doses should be ok, people on higher doses should drink less cacao. Check with your doctor.

Heart Rate

Our cacao will raise your heart rate slightly. If an increase in your heart rate could cause a medical problem, drink less. Check with your doctor.

Blood Pressure

Many folks with low blood pressure tell Keith that our cacao (low-caffeine) stabilizes their heart and helps them. Check with your doctor.

Other substances

Our cacao increases blood flow to the brain by 30-40%… so any other substances in your blood will be amplified.

Caffeine

Keith is often asked by people with a caffeine intolerance if they can use cacao. The caffeine content of cacao varies widely amongst cacao varieties and cacao makers. Most find our cacao to have a very low, to no-caffeine feel.

Children

Use less, according to the child’s body weight. It depends on the child. They will let you know. Children who have had an appropriate amount of cacao are more focused.

Pets

Real cacao contains compounds that can kill dogs, cats, parrots, and horses. Don’t let them eat it!
