What is Tremor to Flow?

Tremor to Flow is a unique one-day workshop that brings together deep understanding and embodied experience.
Jason Shields leads a captivating session on the Structure of Consciousness, offering a practical map of how our inner world operates. With clarity, humor, and precision, Jason unpacks the layers of consciousness and shows you how to navigate them with awareness. 

Following this, Siv Jøssang Shields guides participants through the understanding and practice of Neurogenic Tremoring (TRE) to help the body release tension, stress and trauma, and integrate the insights gained.

You will learn how stress and trauma express itself in the nervous system, about the “vagal brake”, how to identify your own nervous system state: fight/flight, freeze, rest/digest, how to regulate it and much more.

This hands-on session allows the nervous system to soften, regulate, and reconnect—supporting true embodiment and transformation. The lectures open your mind. The tremoring opens your body. Together, they create a pathway back to flow.

About Jason, Siv and Marit

Jason and Siv have had long careers as chiropractors and have seen thousands of patients the last 30 years. Marit is a former officer in the norwegian military and is now the CEO of The Integrated Human

They are all international speakers and travel the world to share transformational experiences and powerful techniques and has been seen on stages such as MindValley University and Ängsbäcka.They have worked with experts across many fields and have humbly been on a path of relentless inner work from a young age.

12:00 – Lunch Break

13:30 – Neurogenic Tremoring (TRE) with Siv

Learn the foundations of TRE and experience two guided tremor sessions. Gently release tension and trauma patterns stored in the body, creating space for clarity, connection, and flow. Includes at least one break.

Important Cacao and Health Information

Cacao is bitter

100% pure cacao is bitter. As with any bitter, too much can make you nauseous. Most drink less than 2 to 3 ounces (57 to 85 grams) of cacao a day. Over time, as your body attunes to the cacao, you may find that you need less cacao to feel the full effect. Less can be more. Pay attention to what your body is telling you.

Antidepressants

Depending on dose, SSRI antidepressants and anti-psychotics are not compatible with the MAOI’s (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors) in cacao. Low to average doses should be ok, people on higher doses should drink less cacao. Check with your doctor.

Heart Rate

Our cacao will raise your heart rate slightly. If an increase in your heart rate could cause a medical problem, drink less. Check with your doctor.

Blood Pressure

Many folks with low blood pressure tell Keith that our cacao (low-caffeine) stabilizes their heart and helps them. Check with your doctor.

Other substances

Our cacao increases blood flow to the brain by 30-40%… so any other substances in your blood will be amplified.

Caffeine

Keith is often asked by people with a caffeine intolerance if they can use cacao. The caffeine content of cacao varies widely amongst cacao varieties and cacao makers. Most find our cacao to have a very low, to no-caffeine feel.

Children

Use less, according to the child’s body weight. It depends on the child. They will let you know. Children who have had an appropriate amount of cacao are more focused.

Pets

Real cacao contains compounds that can kill dogs, cats, parrots, and horses. Don’t let them eat it!
