Since 2020, I've been an active participant in Siv's TRE/NIT classes. Like many other men, I've found delving into our inner states can be daunting and challenging, especially as it's less natural for many of us to consciously connect with our emotions.
Though it was a scary prospect initially, I can confidently say that my journey with NIT has been nothing short of transformative. On several occasions, I've experienced substantial leaps forward in my personal development. Simply recognizing that there is a spectrum of emotions and learning to acknowledge them stands out as one of the most potent tools I've experienced and taken with me going forward.
What sets NIT apart is its approachability. Unlike many, for example, meditation practices, where I tend to lose focus within my thoughts, TRE/NIT's emphasis on physical exercises is distinctive. With Siv's guidance through TRE/NIT, the path towards my inner self is more accessible than ever. Focusing on the physical sensations during these exercises is a much simpler way to relax into deeper states of mind. NIT offers an avenue for tapping into emotions that many guys, including myself, may find challenging to access. I've discovered connections with powerful emotions, such as gratitude, love, and acceptance. These connections extend beyond the course, enriching both my daily life and the sessions themselves. Having experienced these emotions is like discovering an additional source of energy to draw from.
