This is a Moksha meditation, a type of practice that everybody can do without restriction.
Jason guides you in the beginning of the meditation and brings you out at the end. We created six lengths: 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min and 30 min.
The 20 min and 30 min meditations come in two versions. One version is silent with guidance only in the beginning and the end, in the other versions you get a few gentle reminders along the way to help you stay present with your breath.
All you need to do is to choose the one that fits your need and time schedule and relax into it. You do not need to keep an eye on the time as Jason’s voice will gently bring you back out at the end.
We recommend using headphones and perhaps a blindfold for maximum immersion.
