Thank you so much for a fantastic weekend. ❤ It was very interesting and fun, it lived up to the expectations and then some. The experience of the entire weekend is indescribable, I'm at a loss for words. Everything that I experienced and felt, is absolutely incredible, and also very interesting. That small things like standing in an elevator can trigger such enormous emotions that one completely breaks down is quite fascinating. All the things you cannot see, which still can have such a big impact on body and mind, is incredibly exciting. So again, thank you so, so much for an inspiring and amazing weekend❤🙏 I hope I'll have the opportunity to participate in the gathering in February😊

Marit and her team made this weekend such a safe space for personal growth. I didn't know exactly what I had signed up for beforehand, but already on the first day I knew I wanted more. The program was nicely put together, with time for personal reflection in between the sessions. Hello, I am a 23-year-old man, and I have been to the Flow State Continuum a couple times now, I’ve always wanted to get into my own head, and out of it, never figured out how I can do that on my own. I was very hesitant before entering the course, as I’ve tried other things without much if any benefit. But a weekend along with 3 experts in their field, hands on experience and great lessons in deep inner work has helped me build and improve my life. I am an aspiring athlete, and I do a sport which gets very intense, before, during and after we compete. Just like a busy workplace or a hectic family life I believe we all can benefit from the Flow State Continuum. My favorite part of the events is the group meditations, Jason’s ability to guide the participants before and after a meditation helps you get a grip about what’s going on and if you have any question at all he always has a great answer which benefits everyone. So, ask questions if you go there, it’s very interesting and fun!

Jason asked us if we are letting ourselves be thrown off balance because of the war in Ukraine or because people in China eat dogs. I definitely do/did that, all the time with most things I hear about. I'm constantly agitated, stressed out or sad because of different things that are going on in the world. What I really did not realize is that I was letting myself be thrown off balance. I thought it was something that was just happening to me. Now I see that that is actually something I can control. And as from the moment that I heard this I am not being thrown off balance or maybe just a little and then I notice it and decide to be balanced again. I have so much more energy. You can read all the books you want and listen to all the podcasts you want and do all the yoga and meditations and martial arts and psychotherapy you want (which is a good thing and you can do these things too), but if you really want to make changes in your life, then this seminar will help you do it. Or it can fast track the changes that you are already making. You have to go all in and it will give 1000% back to you. It's time well spent.

The sessions touched me at my core. The Integrated Human have a special way of delving deep and providing the tools I needed to solve my problems and reach my goals. I still use these tools to handle my issues, and they're invaluable for my life. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity. During the session, I experienced a mix of emotions, from anxiety to relief. Even with the stresses that were weighing on me, I found myself entering a zen-like state and gaining control over the overwhelming feelings.

Since 2020, I've been an active participant in Siv's TRE/NIT classes. Like many other men, I've found delving into our inner states can be daunting and challenging, especially as it's less natural for many of us to consciously connect with our emotions. Though it was a scary prospect initially, I can confidently say that my journey with NIT has been nothing short of transformative. On several occasions, I've experienced substantial leaps forward in my personal development. Simply recognizing that there is a spectrum of emotions and learning to acknowledge them stands out as one of the most potent tools I've experienced and taken with me going forward. What sets NIT apart is its approachability. Unlike many, for example, meditation practices, where I tend to lose focus within my thoughts, TRE/NIT's emphasis on physical exercises is distinctive. With Siv's guidance through TRE/NIT, the path towards my inner self is more accessible than ever. Focusing on the physical sensations during these exercises is a much simpler way to relax into deeper states of mind. NIT offers an avenue for tapping into emotions that many guys, including myself, may find challenging to access. I've discovered connections with powerful emotions, such as gratitude, love, and acceptance. These connections extend beyond the course, enriching both my daily life and the sessions themselves. Having experienced these emotions is like discovering an additional source of energy to draw from.

NIT/TRE has helped me to resolve blockages so that I get flow and better contact with my body. I use the different breathing techniques almost every day, they help to calm me down, find my center, and be present here and now. I have gotten better contact with myself and my heart. An open heart has given me access to feel love for those around me and for myself. When I worked at the school, difficult students could make me angry and irritated. After NIT/TRE, I have managed to open my heart and meet the students with love, and this last semester I have received so much back. There are several students I carry with me even today who give me energy. Other situations are when an adult has said something where I believe I have made a mistake or not been good enough, then I can easily go into a childlike state and get hurt and would prefer to fix it immediately. After NIT/TRE, I can more easily stand in it and don't need to fix things right away. Allowing the process take its course and maybe get different answers. Letting go of control and accepting that sometimes you don't get answers has actually provided more answers. NIT/TRE has also helped me to be conscious of my reaction pattern earlier so that I see other choices (absolutely fantastic). I have tried a lot within these themes, but what I think is the nice thing about NIT/TRE is that you don't have to share anything if you don't want to. It makes it very safe and easier to start the processes. It is a personal journey and with you amazing instructors who meet us with warm love, it makes for a safe and exciting journey. I remember sitting at the Meditation course and was filled with an incredible warmth and love. It just radiated from Siv and Jason, I became so secure and had a fantastic journey. NIT/TRE is something I wish for everyone.

I was very anxious before the NIT/TRE course! Anxious about how I/my body would react to letting go of old traumas and new sorrows, whether I would get "access" from my body to let go. My experiences with the NIT course were astonishing. I found the course very informative and easy to follow. Siv is extremely pleasant in the way she speaks and the way she conducts the course. You learn things about the body and the nervous system that you might not be fully aware of before, which helped me understand more about what we were going through! Siv monitors each participant and gives each participant the support they need during the course! I felt safe and seen throughout the entire course and had full trust in Siv and Marit along the way. I have noticed huge improvements, both physical and psychological. Noticed big differences overnight. Much less pain in the body and a much lighter mind. The course has been transformative for me, simply life-changing and saving. I feel that I have finally found some inner peace. You get to know your body better, and it has found an outlet that is good for both the psyche and the body. It is very nice to be able to participate in at least one NIT group session per month. Varying themes come as little drops over the year, and it's so lovely to participate. For example, LIGHT NIT and SOMA NIT are absolutely fantastic to attend, then you get both NIT and a wonderful journey afterward with the help of breathing! I would definitely recommend this course to others; this course is something that will be greatly beneficial. You gain a better understanding of your body and your mind. If you have the opportunity to attend an NIT/TRE course, do not hesitate to jump in! A super nice course, with fantastic course leaders!

I had a very special experience that I’ve never had before. It felt like meditation combined with a feeling of relief as my body responded naturally to what it needed in the moment. I went deep into my body, observing and trembling without controlling it. I felt safe and in control, which allowed me to explore even more. I loved it and can't wait to do it again. The instructions for getting into it were well done, and it's a great way to release stress, relax, and let go of negative emotions. I recommend it to everybody

I started with TRE/NIT about 3 years ago (I think). My experience with this technique is exclusively positive. It can be difficult to put into words what it does to both body and mind, but I will still try 😊 The first 5-10 TRE/NIT sessions I participated in were both surprising, exciting, and painful at the same time. Discovering what resides in one's body, both the good and the bad, is quite a strong experience. I am very grateful for Siv's excellent guidance and Marit's follow-up support The fact that I have chosen to continue this practice with Siv's group has a lot to do with the energy I receive from both triggering the tremors in my body and the positive energy I get from the people who also participate. It is a great comfort to come here, let go of oneself and the body completely and still be me. The Integrated Human (TIH) is the recipe for being «your authentic selv" I feel that my conscious process started when I began with Siv and NIT/TRE. Or that was what made me "tough enough" to look at my own process. Participating in TIH's events makes me much more secure in myself. It teaches me to accept myself and others with a completely different perspective than I have previously done. The meditation techniques and breathing exercises used are very useful for gaining clarity in thoughts, body, and mind. I have been listening to the Big and Small podcast since Marit and Jason started it. Here, I find many good tips and great follow-up when I have big and small questions. The difference between me before TIH and now is probably that I know that my choices are more my own, and it feels SO good The mindset of TIH to work from the top down, from the inside out shines so well through everything Jason, Siv, and Marit do in their work. I recommend The Integrated Human to most people I know.

I absolutely loved the Neurogenic tremors session! The exercises were simple, yet the release was powerful. I felt the ripples of shaking from head to toe, and it was the closest I've come to a kundalini experience. It was truly wonderful, even a friend described it as 'orgasmic,' and I couldn't agree more. I highly recommend it to anyone, and I can't wait to explore more of The Integrated Human offerings. My body is asking for this work, and I'm eager to continue. Such a fantastic experience, highly recommended!
