Functional Breathing, how to take your breath back with Siv Jøssang Shields

We breathe 20,000–25,000 times every single day.
You’d think that means we’re good at it — but most of us aren’t.
As Siv has gone deeper into the science and practice of breathwork, one thing has become clear: we need to take our breath back.
As a chiropractor, Siv sees this every day in her patients. Neck pain, tension, headaches, and chronic discomfort are often linked to stress, “high shoulders,” and breathing that stays high up in the chest instead of moving freely through the body.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how your breath and body mechanics are connected — and how small changes can create powerful shifts.
If you already practice breathwork or meditation, this session will deepen your understanding and help you use your body more efficiently, safely, and effectively.
This is about breathing in a way that supports your nervous system, releases tension, and brings your body back into balance.

The workshop recording will be available after the workshop.
