Jason Shields has been a chiropractor since 1996 and runs a successful practice with thousands of patients. He has worked with functional medicine, nutrition, personal development and to help people of all walks of life succeed and evolve in their own areas. He is a world class athlete, a 3 time Master World Champion, and 7 time European Champion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As a coach he has had responsibility for the mental and physical preparation for athletes in 6 sports at all levels from everyday people who want more joy in life to World Champions and Olympic athletes.
He has meditated since childhood and has a deep interest in philosophy, the human mind and has studied many great teachers and masters in their respective fields like Amritananda Mayi, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Father Joe Periera, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Tony Robbins. He is trained in basic Ayur-Veda, a Reiki Master, certified in Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises/Neurogenic Tremoring, and in shamanic practices. He is an international speaker, a co-founder of The Integrated Human and Voss Kiropraktorkontor – the clinic he and his wife, Siv Jøssang Shields, runs on a daily basis. He is also a chess player and an artist.

Siv has a busy chiropractic practice since 1996 having experience with thousands of patients. She has a profound curiosity for the mind/body connection and has held regular courses and practice sessions in Neurogenic Tremoring for 12 years. She often combines this with other modalities such as music, breath work, hypnosis, journeying, and HeartMath. Siv is also deeply involved in the further development of teaching Neurogenic Tremoring/TRE in close cooperation with colleague Alex Geene and its founder, Dr David Berceli.
She has a Bachelors in Biology and a Masters in Physiology where she participated in cancer research. She started meditating as a child and practiced deeply in several disciplines and life philosophies from TM-Sidhis, Osho, Tony Robbins, Ammachi, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Father Periera, Dr Berceli and many more. She is trained in basic Ayur-Veda, a Reiki Master, hypnotherapist, certified in Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises/Neurogenic Tremoring, HeartMath, SomaBreath and in shamanic practices . She is an international speaker, a co-founder of The Integrated Human, Neurogenic Integration and Voss Kiropraktorkontor – the clinic she and her husband, Jason Shields, runs on a daily basis. She is also a beekeeper, a dog trainer, hiker and loves to garden.

Marit is the CEO of The Integrated Human. She is a former officer in the Norwegian Army responsible for recruiting and educating new officers and was a team leader. With a bachelor degree in leadership and experience leading groups in the military she brings solid real world skills to the table.
Her accomplishments as an international competitor and medalist in the Master World Championship and European Open in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu exemplify her commitment to excellence. She has used The Integrated Human Process (TIHP) for the last 5 years that has given her profound growth and success. She is an international speaker, has achieved the level og black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, become a certified shamanic practitioner and empowers others to step into their own process.
