Guided Meditation / Hypnosis

Rewire from Within

Access the subconscious.

Shift limiting patterns.

Create lasting inner change.

Why It Works

Much of what shapes your experience in life—your reactions, habits, self-image—comes from unconscious patterns running quietly in the background. These often stem from early life, shaping what you believe is possible for you, even if they’re no longer relevant or helpful.

Guided meditation and hypnosis allow you to gently bypass the analytical mind and engage directly with the subconscious. In this deeply relaxed state—supported by music and breath—your brain enters a slower wave pattern (typically theta), where deep change becomes possible. Here, the inner critic quiets, and your mind becomes more receptive to insight, healing, and transformation.

What Happens in a Session?

Most of our guided meditations are paired with carefully chosen music to help keep you anchored in the process. Music supports emotional flow, enhances focus, and deepens your journey—helping you stay on track even as you explore inner terrain.

In our in-person sessions and events, you are never told what to change. Instead, you are guided to discover it for yourself—through deep inquiry, body-based practices, and self-reflection. You set your own intention:

  • What belief or pattern do I want to release?
  • Who do I need to become in order to move forward?
  • What internal shift will help me create the life I truly want?

This process turns the meditation into something powerful: a space where you consciously direct your subconscious to let go of the old and wire in the new.

Why We Use It

At Integrated Human, we use guided meditation and hypnotic tools to help you uncover and shift the deeper programs running your life. When used alongside TRE, breathwork, or HeartMath, it becomes a bridge—connecting insight to action, emotion to choice, and vision to embodiment.
We use it to:

  • Release unconscious beliefs tied to fear, shame, or control
  • Anchor new emotional states like safety, courage, and worthiness
  • Support nervous system regulation during inner shifts
  • Rewire the brain for a new way of thinking, feeling—and choosing
  • Create sustainable change through emotional and neurological imprinting

Beyond Thought: Tapping into Pure Consciousness

Meditation – guided and silent, opens the door to something even greater—a state beyond thought, beyond story, beyond the everyday mind. This is where you may experience a state of Pure Consciousness: a quiet stillness that feels both vast and intimate, where time disappears and separation dissolves.

In these moments, there is no need to fix or change anything. You’re not visualizing or problem-solving—you’re simply being. And in that being, something shifts. Insight arises. Peace expands. A deeper intelligence begins to guide you—one that doesn’t come from logic, but from Presence.

This state of Pure Consciousness cannot be grasped through knowledge alone. It is not something you “figure out.” It’s a state of experience, not of understanding. To know that it exists is inspiring and gives guidance—but the real key is knowing how to access it and being willing to practice. Again and again.

With consistent practice, clear intention, and the right setting, these states become more accessible. Whether it lasts a minute or a moment, this direct experience of something greater than the self leaves a lasting imprint. It reminds you of who you truly are—and who you’re becoming.

Important Cacao and Health Information

Cacao is bitter

100% pure cacao is bitter. As with any bitter, too much can make you nauseous. Most drink less than 2 to 3 ounces (57 to 85 grams) of cacao a day. Over time, as your body attunes to the cacao, you may find that you need less cacao to feel the full effect. Less can be more. Pay attention to what your body is telling you.

Antidepressants

Depending on dose, SSRI antidepressants and anti-psychotics are not compatible with the MAOI’s (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors) in cacao. Low to average doses should be ok, people on higher doses should drink less cacao. Check with your doctor.

Heart Rate

Our cacao will raise your heart rate slightly. If an increase in your heart rate could cause a medical problem, drink less. Check with your doctor.

Blood Pressure

Many folks with low blood pressure tell Keith that our cacao (low-caffeine) stabilizes their heart and helps them. Check with your doctor.

Other substances

Our cacao increases blood flow to the brain by 30-40%… so any other substances in your blood will be amplified.

Caffeine

Keith is often asked by people with a caffeine intolerance if they can use cacao. The caffeine content of cacao varies widely amongst cacao varieties and cacao makers. Most find our cacao to have a very low, to no-caffeine feel.

Children

Use less, according to the child’s body weight. It depends on the child. They will let you know. Children who have had an appropriate amount of cacao are more focused.

Pets

Real cacao contains compounds that can kill dogs, cats, parrots, and horses. Don’t let them eat it!
