Schedule For The In-Person Introduction Course to TRE

This course combines understanding and practice to empower you to take charge of your own state.

• Lecture (1–1.5 hours): Learn how your nervous system responds to stress and how to recognize what’s happening in your body. Gain the tools to understand and manage your state effectively. Includes Q & A, followed by a shorter break..
• Practice: Master the art of Neurogenic Tremoring. Learn how to effortlessly start, regulate, and step out of tremoring. Discover how to use it as a release for tension and as a tool for empowerment.
• Format: Two tremoring sessions with a 30-minute break in between.
• Time: The course usually lasts 4 hrs, but can go longer depending on the needs of the group. 

We recommend that you wear relaxed clothes, bring a water bottle and a journal to write in.  This course also qualifies you to participate in most in-person tremor group sessions we offer. 

Learn from Our Video Course

Can’t attend our live course? You can still learn Neurogenic Tremoring/TRE from us! Our video course, developed by Siv and her colleague Alex in collaboration with TRE founder David Berceli, teaches you how to safely activate, practice, and regulate this mechanism at home.

With this video course you are also welcome to participate in any of our live online sessions. However, please note that the video course does not qualify you to attend our in-person group sessions. To join these, you must first complete our in-person introduction course.
