After a hectic fall, it’s time to come together, slow down, and find peace and rest. We all know that what truly matters is often right in front of us, but it can easily get lost in the holiday rush. In this session, we will lower our shoulders, open our hearts, and enter the Christmas season with a sense of calm.

• An intention or thought about what a restful and peaceful holiday looks like for you
• A journal

During this session, we will:

• Experience the Magic of Ceremonial Cacao
  We begin with a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao from Keith’s Cacao, known for its heart-opening and spirit-awakening properties. As you sip this sacred chocolate elixir, you will feel a deep sense of grounding, presence, and relaxation.
• Meditation
  Following the cacao, Siv will guide us through a longer, restorative meditation.
