Advanced TRE is a unique group experience where TRE meets other powerful modalities to support profound transformation. Led by Siv, these extended sessions are an alchemical blend of guided tremoring, music, movement, breathwork, HeartMath, energy work, brainwave entrainment, meditation—and more.
Siv brings not only her decades of experience but also her intuitive, multidimensional guidance to these sessions. This is where she lets loose—tapping into an expanded field of knowledge that bridges science, personal development, and the deeper spiritual aspects of our human journey. These sessions are conducted in English and often include short talks to frame the experience before diving in.
The goal? To help you access your connection to your true humanity, your body, our Earth, and your Higher, Universal Self. We explore the deeper meanings behind our patterns, our presence, and our place in the collective. This is not just about release—it’s about realignment.
These sessions are open only to those who have attended at least six regular Group TRE sessions. This ensures a solid foundation for the deeper, more varied processes explored in Advanced TRE, and the skill of self-regulation you’ve built through your Group TRE practice—an essential ability as you move into deeper layers of experience, expansion, and awareness.
While the sessions don’t build on each other in a structured progression, regular attendance deepens your capacity to feel, process, and integrate your capacity to feel, process, and integrate.
Think of Advanced TRE as the movement-based counterpart to the Flow State Continuum Workshop. Where FSCW ignites deep transformation, Advanced TRE sustains it through regular embodied practice.
