powerful group sessions
Our powerful group sessions are a dive into exploring and developing our human potential.
The sessions are diverse, for some there are prerequisites and some are open to all. Below the selection you will find information about the tools we apply in the sessions, either by themselves or in combination.
Bellow is a calendar with our coming group sessions. Click “next month” if there is no group sessions this month to see when the next is.

What is NIT?
Learn to access your bodies inborn mechanism to release and integrate tension, deep and superficial stress, trigger restoration and to find flow and inner silence though Neurogenic Tremoring.
Neurogenic Tremoring is found in all mammals, it is our inborn, innate way to free our body and mind from stress, tension and even trauma. It is our genetic inheritance, and therefore by definition a Force of Nature, that lives in your nervous system.
Neurogenic Tremoring however, is not done by your voluntary nervous system. Instead you learn to access the tremor mechanism from your autonomic nervous system located in the brainstem. This makes your body vibrate by itself, automatically. This feels totally different than if shaking by will. With Neurogenic Tremoring you relax into the vibration and let it work through your body in its own, innate way, allowing it to release blockages you might hold, physical, emotional and spiritual. It allows you to relax deeply, to find peace and an inner quiet. Your body release old patterns and tensions, and finds a new state of being and helps you to integrate this. This is why we call this process Neurogenic Integration through Neurogenic Tremoring, and the way to access the Neurogenic Tremors, we call Neurogenic Integration Technique (NIT).
I can teach you the Neurogenic Integration Technique, how to start the Neurogenic Tremoring in your own body, when you want to. It is a uniquely wonderful experience, gentle, yet powerful as you unleash your body’s own Force of Nature.
I can almost guarantee a unique experience unlike anything you have had before, or give a deeper understanding of an experience you might already have had. Most people leave their Neurogenic Tremoring experience with a sense of calm, peace and wonder.
NIT (also known as Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises or TRE®) was created by, Dr. David Berceli, PhD in 2006. Is a simple series of movements and body positions that allow you to access the autonomic nervous system and start the Neurogenic Tremor mechanism.
NIT is one of the core techniques Siv uses in her sessions. She uses specially selected music with every session. The state of inner peace after a NIT session is a state to be cherished and one can greatly benefit combining it with other techniques to further integrate the state generated by the NIT practice or go deeper through inner journeys, HeartMath, SomaBreath and other methods. A favorite is when she adds ceremonial Cacao in the session.
What is HeartMath?
HeartMath is a technique that helps you tap into the power and intelligence of your heart – your heart’s intuition – which awakens you to the best version of yourself. The technique is based on breathing combined with bringing in emotional states that lifts you. As you bring your physical,
mental and emotional systems into coherent alignment, you begin to experience increased access to your heart’s intuitive guidance.
Tuning into your heart’s wisdom creates a profound shift within that helps you approach situations with more emotional balance, compassion, clarity and personal confidence.
HeartMath Institute’s research demonstrates that different patterns of heart activity have different effects on your thoughts and behaviors. For more than 25 years, HeartMath Institute has been researching the heart-brain connection and learning how the heart influences our perceptions, emotions, intuition and health.
“Dare to connect with your heart. You will be lifting not only yourself and those you love and care about, but also the world in which you live.”– Doc Childre, HeartMath Founder Siv often uses HeartMath techniques during her inner journey work/guided meditations.
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. During hypnosis, most people feel calm and relaxed. In this state, they are able to focus deeply on what they are thinking about. Hypnosis usually is done with the guidance of a health
care provider using verbal repetition and mental images in order to facilitate change.
Siv uses hypnotic suggestions as words and images during inner journeys/guided meditations. She usually combines this with NIT and/or SomaBreath – see description above.
What is SOMA Breath?
SomaBreath is a sequence of therapeutic breathwork techniques combined with brainwave music and guided meditation to awaken to your full human potential. It is based on ancient pranayama techniques put together in a specific sequence to create a state change in your body, emotions and
mind, bringing you to inner peace and harmony.
The SOMApractice involves using various breathing patterns, breath retention, and movement exercises designed to increase oxygen levels in the body, release stress and tension, and activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms. We use music during both NIT and SOMA to enhance the
experience. During SOMA the music will also assist you in the different breathing patterns.
Some of the benefits that’s been recorded are using Soma breath are increased energy and focus, improved sleep, reduced anxiety and depression, and increased creativity and intuition.
SomaBreath is another core technique in Siv’s work, and just like NIT, it can stand alone as a session or be combined with other techniques as described above.
Uses and contraindications of intermittent hypoxic training (IHT)?
IHT improves mitochondrial function and can enhance athletic and sports performance.
IHT can be beneficial for the treatment of a wide range of degenerative diseases, including:
– chronic heart and lung diseases
– hypertension
– asthma and chronic bronchitis
– liver and pancreatic diseases
– anxiety and depression
– iron-deficiency anaemia
– lack of energy and fatigue
IHT is contra-indicated in case of:
– acute somatic and viral diseases
– chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)
– chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness
– individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency
– cancer, unless IHT is prescribed by a doctor
– people with epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, unless treatment (including IHT) is under direct medical supervision.
What is ceremonial Cacao?
So – what’s up with cacao and NIT? We use a special type of cacao, called ceremonial Cacao and only the original brand, Keith’s Cacao. Basically is whole, wild- or organically grown cacao beans, that are fermented and ground up. Nothing removed and nothing added.
The intentions is to draw benefits from the lightly psychoactive chemicals in this cacao that relaxes us, lowers muscle tension and blood pressure, clears our mind and moves us towards a state of heartfelt joy.
In Cacao-NIT we first enjoy a mug of cacao while receiving some good information. Then we do NIT together, followed by a guided meditation/inner journey.

Feedback
I feel that the aspect of coming together as a peer group and working with the tasks given, sharing it and getting feedback was most powerful. And since then I try to stay present and loving, and it really helps! Thank you
Thank you Marit and Jason for giving me the chance to get to know myself and others better, and with a clearer view.
I feel that the aspect of everyone communicating to each other in the workshop was the most powerful one. Every single one contributed something of great value to the rest of the group. Everyone got out of their comfort zone and gained in personal development. I think these practical exercises started in the workshop, and all of us will bring that into our lives.
The challenge Jason gave us about bragging about ourselves. That was definitely the most challenging part of the course. Also quite powerful. Because one has to communicate with presence and love with one self, to be able to have a good communication with the people around you. To learn that you can’t change other people (or the universe for that matter) is also a powerful lesson.
