Cancelation Policy

  • Registration is non-refundable once purchased.
  • Your registration is personal and non-transferable. everyone must sign up individually — even friends or partners who’ve also attended Flow State events.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the sessions if it is not meeting the participant minimum of 6. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full).
